These Terms of Service (“Terms”) cover your use and access to our services, Client software and websites (“Services”). The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and using its service and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refers to Meridia Interactive Solutions. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
When you use our Services, You provide us with your PowerPoint Files. Your files are yours. These terms don’t give us any rights to your PowerPoint Files except for the limited rights that enable us to offer the Services.
You’re responsible for the content contained in your PowerPoint files. CloudVOTE specifically prohibits the posting of any content that violates or infringes the copyright rights and/or other intellectual property rights (including rights of privacy and publicity) of any person or entity.
By purchasing an Annual Subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial pre-payment feature for one full year of service. At the end of the year, your subscription will be automatically extended for another term of one year at the then-current subscription rate.
By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive monthly periods, at the then-current subscription rate. To cancel, downgrade or upgrade your Monthly Subscription at any time, you must logon to your account and follow the procedures or call or email us and we will do it for you. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term. CloudVOTE may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before CloudVOTE reasonably could act.
As a general rule, the Company does not disclose any personally identifiable information collected online except where you have given us permission, or where the information is public information under the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act 65 P.S. 66.1 et seq., or other applicable laws. Visitors should be aware that information collected by the Company on its websites may be subject to examination and inspection, if such information is a public record and not otherwise protected from disclosure.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Data collected during a CloudVOTE session is viewable by select Company employees on a need-to-know basis. Company reserves the right to use the data collected in any CloudVOTE session for strictly anonymous statistical, reporting and marketing purposes. You have a right to request deletion of all or a portion of your Session Data. We will comply with your request within 30 business days of the request.
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL.
